Return and refund policies

Refund and return policies will be subject to different factors to be taken into account at the time of a request, e.g. payment method used, type of payment server used in the payment process (financing servers)

each one will be a unique and independent case and will be processed taking into account the protocols previously stipulated for this. The server policies will be taken into account in addition to the terms and conditions of ROCKFENCE LLC.

All returns and/or cancellations will be subject to a handling and transportation charge of ten percent of the value of the total amount paid, regardless of the terms and conditions or policies of third parties or any entity independent of ROCKFENCE LLC.
